Q: for the hand carry allowance on this tour, is it allowed to bring a luggage type hand carry? the dimension is the same allowed by airlines for a handcarry luggage. also, would you know around how much will be the cost of the hot air balloon ride during april? will this be paid to our guide in euro or lira? thanks

Regarding the luggage allowance, each guest is permitted to bring one checked-in suitcase and one carry-on bag, following the standard size and weight dimensions set by most airlines. For the hot air balloon experience in April, the estimated cost is approximately €300 per person. Payment can be made in cash directly to the tour guide during the trip. At the moment, we do not offer hotel pick-up and drop-off service for this tour, as there is a fixed meeting point for all participants: Starbucks, One Battery Park Plaza, Battery Pl, New York, NY 10004, USA. All guests are required to proceed directly to this meeting location. Please make sure to contact customer service at least 3 days prior to departure to reconfirm the exact meeting time. Regarding Times Square, this tour follows a fixed itinerary and schedule, so it is unfortunately not possible to include additional stops such as Times Square. Please also note: Due to site regulations, the guide may not be able to accompany guests inside certain museums or attractions. However, a full explanation will be provided before entry. The bus is only scheduled to stop briefly to pick up registered guests and cannot accommodate parked cars.
