Hi, 5 day east canada tour advertised $646. But when i go to booking it says $1114? Why is that. So if you require full payment at an event of minimum guest fall under 30 it says you cancell the tour and there is no refund. Why do that? No one like to risk their money when not the guest fault. If the flight lands in the airport at 7am what time is the pick up time? Are there mandatory 4 activities to be taken? Tour sounds too harsh.

Please note that the $646 reflects the tour-only price, while the $1,114 is the total cost, which includes all applicable inclusions.
Full payment is required to confirm the tour. Once the booking is confirmed, our cancellation policy will apply as follows for Tour B:
Cancellation made 7 or more days prior to departure: 100% refund of the total purchase amount
Cancellation made within 6 days prior to departure: No refund

How exactly do I prepay fees for optional tours in cash to the tour guide? When, where and how does this happen? Can I select optional tours when I make a booking on the website? Or do I just tell the tour guide which ones I want?

You will have the opportunity to discuss and select the optional tours you wish to join when you meet your guide, either on the first day of the tour or throughout the trip. The guide will provide information on the available activities, and you can inform them of your choices.
The daily service fee for the tour guide and bus driver is also paid in cash. The guide will collect this payment directly during the tour. This fee typically covers the services provided by the guide and driver throughout the duration of the tour.
Optional tours are generally not pre-selected when making a booking on our website. You can discuss your preferences with the guide once the tour starts and pay for the activities you'd like to participate in.
