Cancellation Made Within 18 days to 32 days prior to departure, Refund 50% of total purchase amount
Cancellation Made 33 or more days prior to departure, only CA $60 charge handling fee by order
3) Yes, we select the hotel for you
4) Arrival time in Calgary may vary depending on schedule, traffic and weather conditions, but usually around 6 or 7pm

Is it possible to arrive earlier or depart later than the scheduled tour time? What is the daily rate of the hotel? We do not want to move to another hotel if possible.

The tour time that's arranged by the guide is fixed.
Arriving or departing later than the scheduled tour time may have its consequences such as missing tour itineraries, complimentary transfer service, and etc. It should be borne by the guest as consequence of his/her own will.
The rate of the extended hotel nights can only be disclosed once the order has been made and confirmed by the local office.
For this tour, your accommodation will be in different cities so it's given that you may need to transfer to another hotel.
On top of everything, this tour already includes your night accommodations and transportation.
