Hi, Im interested in the 3 days toronto and niagara falls bus tour. I was looking for the tour details, and it was said that 1000 island is seasonal. What does this mean? Im planning to join this tour on 23, November.
Hi Seong Eun Bae:
For the 3 day tour that you have selected, it is not available in November. Here are a couple of tours that are availabe in November. 1. https://www.tours4fun.com/5-days-east-canada-tour.html 2. https://www.tours4fun.com/7-day-east-canada-tour.html The reason why certain tours are seasonal is due to whether conditions and some of our bus departments do not depart at that time. Please look over the tours that I provided for you above as those ones will be available during November. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you for your reply! I have one more question.. My friend and I are in US studying abroad, since we are not a US citizen, we have I-20 document with us. Don't we need a visa to enter Canada, or is it ok when we hold our passport and the I-20 document?
Hi Soo In Kim:
You will have to check with the traveling authority to make sure the documents that you guys have are okay to go on the Canadian side. As far as I know, you do need a Visa to be able to go on the Canadian side. you can obtain the Visa from the Canadian embassy or the embassy from where you are from. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Nancy:
The 2010 dates are listed under the start date. We also do not offer any hotel upgrades in the Las Vegas area. The upgrades that we do offer are in Los Angeles only. The differences between the hotels that are offered in LA are the locations. With the hotel in Rowland Heights and San Gabriel, you are able to walk out of your hotel room and their are many restaurants and shops for you to enjoy. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi, I plan to join the group tour on Jan 2010. I would like to know if I can request for special arrangement for the tour to end at San Francisco instead? I would like to stay some more days in san fo, if possible. Thanks!
Hi Michelle:
If you would like to end the tour in San Francisco then I recommend you to consider this tour. https://www.tours4fun.com/8-day-los-angeles-to-las-vegas-grand-canyon-disneyland-universal-studios-san-francisco-bus-tour.html This tour will end in San Francisco. If you would like us to help you book hotel extensions for your remaining nights in San Francisco. If you would like to take the 10 day tour that you have selected and you would like to end in San Francisco, you are more than welcome to end your tour there. However, we cannot give you any discounts for ending the tour before the final end date. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi CINDY:
I cannot guarantee anything as I am not sure how the traffic is going to be and how the flow of the whole tour is going to be. However, the tour is scheduled to head to the airport around 5:00. You can schedule flights to depart from Boston (BOS) after 1:30pm or return to New York and will be dropped off at: EWR, LGA, JFK airports. Please arrange for your flights to depart from New York after 7:00PM.

Hi can you please clarify if this tour goes to Grand Canyon South or West Rim? Also, how much free time do we have at Grand Canyon and Yosemite NP? Thanks for your response.
Hi Erin Shale:
For the 4 day tour that you have selected, you can either to go to the South or West Rim of the Grand Canyon. The South Rim has a longer drive than the West Rim so you will be staying at the south rim for a shorter amount of time. You would stay there for approximately, 2 hours. You will be at the West Rim for approximately 4 hours as their are optional tours there like the helicoptor and boat tour as well as the Skywalk tour. The time that you will be at Yosemite is about 1 hour. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

If we join the tour on 27th of December 2009, I would like to know exactly, what time will the bus arrive at JFK airport, New york? Can the arrival time be guaranteed? Our flight back to europe is around 8pm.
Thanks,Greg
Hi Greg:
As your flight departs past 6:45 pm you should have plenty of time to make the flight out as arrival into the NYC airports is usually estimated at 5:00 pm. We cannot truly guarantee the arrival time, but it is very unlikely you will miss a flight that is scheduled to depart at 8:00 pm.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi, I am planning to join the niagara falls and toronto tour from 11/23-11/25. There are lots of places written in the tour details, and it is siad that the fee of those places are not excluded in the tour fee. Is it mendatory for the people who join this tour to go to the places mentioned in the schedule, for example, Corning Glass Center? Or is it a optional tour that I can decide whether I want to go or not? If it is, am I going to be provided some alternative tour sights instead of going to those spots ? Thank you.
Hi Soo In Kim:
You do not have to take any of the optional tours if you would not like to. If you do not want to then you would have that time as free time. You can meet up with the group after the optional tour is over. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

As per website tour USNY33-138 goes to Baltimore, Philadelphia and then DC. And on Day 2 it goes back to NYC.
Question 1- Can you please tell me if the Itinerary is same for Nov 14th (2009) bus? Because I am looking for tour which takes me to Baltimore, Philadelphia on Day 1 (so I can catch my flight from DC without missing these 2 cities)?
Question 1- Also, with assumption taht the itinerary won't change, if I book my Ticket and before departure the route gets changed, will be able to get the full refund?
Thanks.
Hi Andy:
The itinerary for November 14th is the same as all of the tours. If you read the itinerary for Day one, you will be going to Balitmore. If you need to catch a flight and cannot make it to day two, you would still need to pay the price for the entire package as we do not deduct prices. Please read the cancellation policy under terms and conditions on the bottom of our website. There you will find our cancellation policy. Once you book a tour, we start to deduct 10% of the actual purchase for any cancellations. If the route does change, we will not be able to give you a refund. However, our bus department tries to stick with the route that is provided at all times. Please let us know if you have any other questions.
