Q: 1. I will join the tour starting 21 Dec. I wonder if you could give the detail of each hotel we will stay in? 2. D1. what time will we arrive in Washington DC? How long stop will it be in front of Capitol Hill & White House (each)? 3. D4 & D5. what time will we arrive in the hotel in NY? Will the hotel in D4& D5 the same? 4. D6. What if we opt to stay back in NY? should we tell the tour guide in advance? 5. Are all the optional tours will be offered on the D day? (e.g. Empire State Building optional tour the time we arrive in the Building itself). Because for some of the tours (Liberty, Empire State, etc) the queue will be very very long, and it's better to have tickets in advance. Is that right? 6. If we opt out the optional tour, what will we do while waiting for other group members to be back from their tour? 7. The Liberty is closed during Christmas time (D5 of our tour in NYC). Is it possible for us to have the trip the next day? At least, could you arrange it for us? thanks.

2009-11-19 00:41:08 Hi Fransisca Situmorang: We are afraid that we are only able to have the detailed hotel list one or two days prior to the departure date. Generally, the first hotel listed on the webpage is the most possible one you will be going to stay on the tour. We do not spend much time in each resort as the itinerary is already tight. There is no exact timeslot for the tour schedule because it is the tour guide who will take full control of the tour arrangement and it is also hard to predict traffic condition on your travelling date. Tour guide will collect the money on the spot from customers who are willing to take the optional tours and you definitely do not need to queue for the ticket. 2009-11-19 01:02:01 Hi Daniela: Generally, the tour group returns to LA around 6:30pm to 8:30pm. But there is no guarantee on it as it is hard to predict the traffic condition. We recommend you please to book next day's departure transfer other than the tour end date if you need to leave out LA after the tour. The drop off location will be the same as the pick up. Q: I am interested in this trip. we are 4 family members(3adult, 1child), but day1, we would like to go universal studio, because we will not have time to go there. we will arrive at 8:45am in LA airport on the 5th Jan 2010. Can you organise that day for Universal studio instead of staying hotel. If it is possible, I can join this trip on the 5th Jan. 2009-11-18 17:42:07 Hi Julie: The first day of this tour will be airport pick up. If you would like to book this tour, you can also book our 1 day Universal Studios tour. Here is the link: https://www.tours4fun.com/1-day-universal-studios-tour.html. From the airport, you would need to get a taxi to any of the available pick up locations. We cannot guarantee that kind of arrangement if you choose to skip parts of the reservation beforehand, and suggest you speak with the tour guide if you want to arrange more independent travels on your own.
