Q: We're interested in 5 Day East Coast tour and we have a couple. I plan tour beginning Dec 05, 2009, So if I arrived one day before Dec 04, 2009, Could I request your help to book another night in the same hotel and what's the rate? And I want to make sure you will pick up me on the first day at my hotel for free half-day tour, is it right ? Kind regard.

2009-11-04 16:28:45 Hi Viet pham: It is best if you can book a flight from LGA therefore we can provide you with a hotel extension that will allow you to have pick up and drop off by the hotel shuttle. The tour cannot pick you up at the hotel, however, with the free shuttle bus to the airport provided by the hotel, you are able to take that to meet up with the tour group at the airport on the 1st day of the tour. 2009-11-03 16:13:19 Hi Florent: The tour usually arrives back in NYC by around 9:00-9:30 pm. We recommend that you book your tour as soon as all of your travel dates are set. This way we can secure your seats for your reservation as soon as possible. Many times our tours can become sold out. If you are able to arrive at Chinatown which is the closest locations to you on 30Dec2009 by 630 then you can make this tour. The tour will end aproximately at 6pm. If you would like transportation to the airport then please let us know as we can make those arrangements for you. If you decide that you do not want to go and see one of the sites then you have that time frame open to do whatever you would like. You just need to make sure that you come back to the meeting destination when the tour departs from that certain location.
