It is virtually guaranteed that you can get on the Maid of the Mist Boat ride on this tour if you book between the following months MAY-October 24. The Thousand Islands cruise is also usually available for the same season. A bag with the dimensions you provided is okay to bring on tour.

provide SFO airport dropoff for free.
And the tour may ends at around 6:00pm .
