Q: Will there be time in New York to see a broadway show. Also, will there be time in Washington D.C. to see the Mall and Capitol tours.

Sightseeing in the Mall is included and you will get the opportunity to visit the Capitol. The tour itself will not allow the opportunity to see a Broadway show, but you can check with the quite to see if you can arrange that on your own after the day's activities are done.
