Q: Hi, I'm interested in a 4 day tour which starts on a thursday. i would like to know when on thursday the tour starts? is it 7 am, and do we have to be at a meeting point? i read something like that. and when will the tour end on sunday? does it end after we come back to boston in the afternoon? thank you.

The tour pickup at 7:00am from our given pickup point .
Usually , we will be back to this point when finished the tour at around 6:00pm.

We sugguest you take a taxi , it takes around 30minutes if no traffice jams, because the pickup time is early.

Questions:1. is it possible to request a double queen hotel room for each overnight stay? if not, will it be possible for me to get the name of the hotels with contact information and request it myself? 2. If I choose a tour with meal included, what type of lunch or dinnerl will I get? 3. If for some reason, I didn't arrive at the airport for the free pickup, is there a free hotel shuttle to pick me up from the airport? 4. 1. If you were to book this tour for 3 people in one room, your room will have 2 full/queen sized beds, depending on what types of beds the hotel provides. Hotel information will only be available the day before tour departure date.
2. This tour does not include any meals.
3. The hotel does not provide complimentary hotel shuttle service to the hotel. You can take a taxi at your own expense, should you not arrive by 11:30AM for the tour departure from the airport to the hotel.
4. You can pay for the optional tours directly to the tour guide, when on tour.
5. The 06/23 tour is confirmed to depart and currently still has 3 seats available (subject to change with/without notice)
6. Tour the "mile high city", visit the Colorado State Capital Building and Red Rocks Park.
7. This tour departs from Denver, not Salt Lake City. Please let us know what other tour you are referring to, by sending your question to: [email protected]

This tour can only provide airport pick up and drop off on the first and last day of the tour:
We will arrange pick up at airports shown below;Pickup Time at JFK: 8:30am, 10:30am, 3:00pm, 6:00pm, 10:30pmPickup Time at LGA: 8:30am, 11:00am, 3:00pm, 6:30pm, 11:00pmPickup Time at EWR: between 3:30pm and 11:00pm.
You may also consider self transferring to the hotel on Day 1 of the tour.
