we have 3 very small kids: ages 12,10 & 8. do we need 2 rooms? i'm hoping we can stay all in one room. thanks

Hi Leen:

The current room policy is a maximum of 4 people a room. As each child is considered one person, regardless of age. So, you will have to have 2 rooms: 1 parent in each room to support your 3 children.

Our free airport pickup period is 8:30am to 10:30pm, so your time is OK for free airport pickup.
Our tour guide will be at the Baggage Claim area with the guest's name poster , you will see him
when you go there , because we did not miss any guests before , and you can also ask for
the telephone number of the tour guide when your order confirmed to avoide any problem happening.
