Each room will have 2 double beds, but you can request for a roll away bed upon check in if an extra bed is needed. The tour will include airport pickups for arrivals into LAX on the tour start date. Breakfast will be available from restaurants in or around the hotels, or thru stops scheduled by the tour guide.

You can definitely join the tour for the Oct 10 departure. The tour will include transfers in from JFK on Oct 20 for flights arriving between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. The hotel booked for the first night will usually be at the EWR airport area, and we can usually confirm the hotel booked closer to the departure date. You can put in a request to end the tour in Chinatown if you do not require a transfer out to any of the major NYC airports after the tour.

The tour's July 30 departure is confirmed. You can choose to leave the tour in D.C., but you will miss a good part of the tour, and we cannot guarantee a specific drop off location/ time.

Processing time for orders are 3 to 5 business days before confirmation. We recommend you schedule your flights departing on Aug 14, as the tour would include transfers out to CDG or ORL for that day. As we cannot guarantee any drop off locations or times for the tour before the tour's last date, we suggest you look into rescheduling your flights to depart on Aug 14.
