Q: we are 4 people and we are planning for this tour for this weekend(25,26,27july). you have shown too many places in the itenary to be shown on day one, can we talk to the tour guide in advance whether we'll be able to cover so much in this limited time or we'll just have to take a glance at things and just move forward like some of the museums and memorials??? If some places are optional then what if we don't want to visit them, can we spend more time on other places??? do you have any office in NYC where we can visit and get our tickets by paying cash??? All the reservations need to made online with full payment first to guarantee the seat availabilty, especially in hot season. We are afraid that the tour is a set group one, in which tour guide will take full control of the tour arrangement which can not easily be changed or amended accordingly to guests' will.
We suggest guest please stay with the tour group when touring as it is not convenient to set up a meeting point for reunion if guests leave in the midway.

Q: Hi, I am planning to join the tour from 4th Sep (saturday) .. and its mentioned that the tour guide will transfer us to the hotel .. So if I am arriving at say around 7 AM in the morning on saturday, will you transfer us to hotel and then what time will you start the tour ? The first day of the tour - Saturdays is only for airport pick up to hotel. Complimentary airport pick up starts from 9am, so you please wait at the Baggage Claim Areas until 9am. We can book pre-tour hotel extension near the airport if you arrive earlier than the tour departure date because we can only offer airport pick up on the first day of the tour which can not be advanced. In this way, you can take advantage of the hotel shuttle to self check into hotel and meet the tour escort the next day at the airport.
It is best that you could book your flight into EWR airport as our first night hotel for this tour is always near EWR airport.

The bus only picks up at 511 Old Post Rd. Edison NJ 08817 the Kam Man Supermarket. It does not provide a return to that location.

This tour picks up and returns to 828 Us-46, Parsippany, NJ 07054 , the Top Quality Food Market. So you do not have to worry about returning to Edison to drive your car.
I have tried looking for a 2-day parking stop for you in Parsippany, however; I have not found one. I suggest you call a friend to take you to the location and drive you back on the departure day.

Yes, your 3 month old baby can go on this family style tour, however; remember to bring all the necessary items to ensure your child's comfort and safety. We can also store your stroller in the bus compartment if need be.
For this tour, a child less than 5 years old is charged at the child's rate. For the Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer, everyone is calculated with the adults rates.
