If you arrive one day prior to departure date and will not be able to meet tour guide at the baggage claim area at airport, you can just self check in the first night hotel by yourself. If you need extra hotel accommodation on Dec 17th, please contact us for quotation.

You can book the tour departing on Sep 8th. online.
On the first day, customers will be picked up from airport in New York. If you do not need the airport transfer, you can self check in the first night hotel after 3:00pm.

The particular tour you are asking about offers airport transfers. We will pick you up from the airport baggage claim area.
You can put the baggage in the tour bus's luggage compartment every day on the tour.
We will be moving to different areas and hotels. You will have to take the luggage with you.

Service fee is a mandatory fee of $6.00 per person per day that must be paid to the tour guide.
When you book the reservation, it does not mean we automatically have your hotel and tour spot reserved for you. When we have successfully reserved your bus seat and hotel rooms, we will send you a confirmation letter. If we do not need any additional information, we will then send you an e-ticket.
The reservation process may be stopped if the tour is booked full and there are no seats left.
