The default hotel we try to put guests into is the holiday inn. If we cannot get you into the holiday inn because it is booked full or etc, we will put you into a similar quality hotel.

Q: We will be travelling by train to Vancouver, wondering if we could get picked at our hotel or would we have to get to the airport? This trip is planned for sept 2011 What hotel would you use and the lst night we could register at that one, we will have been on the train for 41 hours so need one night to rest. There will be at least 6 in our party. Look forward to hearing from you. I know this is early but after the new year we are all having a meeting and I need to present this informaton. For this tour, you will have to meet us at the airport. We do not have the hotels, tour rates, or schedule for September 2011. We will have new information for next year's tours around November and December of this year.

There are many duty free shops. We do not have a specific name to give you. If you would like to stay in Canada and not return to New York, you will have to let the tour guide know. If you want to stay in toronto and not montreal, you need to leave the tour on the morning of day 3. We will not be able to take you back to toronto when you are in montreal on day 4.
If you would like a hotel in toronto, we can quote you a hotel we can provide. We do not offer transfer to the hotel and there is no transfer from the hotel to the airport. You will have to make your own arrangements.
If you would like the hotel, let us know for what dates you would like the hotel by writing the request in the comments section of when you reserve the tour. We will then quote you a price and the hotel we can offer.

This tour cover both side of Niagara Falls so a visa will probably be necessary.
Canadian Visa is also required for this tour when crossing the boarder.

We strongly recommend that customers book flight departs from NYC airport after 7:00PM.(EWR, LGA or JFK Airport) because of the unpredictability of New York traffic situation on the very day which may make you miss the plane. If you need extra night hotel accommodations, please contact us for quotation and you can book the hotel near JFK, LGA or EWR with free airport shuttle service
