Q: Hi! I'm keen in the tour USNY33-2349 for Feb 16th 2011. Few questions: -Is day 8 (last day) of the tour would be on Feb 23rd 2011? -For the Woodbury Outlet Mall, how long would we be able to shop there? -Would you be able to arrange a 1 nights stay at a hotel near the Woodbury Outlet Mall? -If that's possible, could a complimentary airport transfer be arranged for the following day? The last day on tour will be Feb 23 for a Feb 16 departure. The Woodbury Outlet Mall offers about a couple of hours shopping time. At this point, we cannot extend the transfers outside of the tour's first and last days, but we can offer extensions at hotels that offer free shuttle service depending on which departure airport you arrange your flights out of.

The tour has an available departure date on on 11/05 that you can join. As the tour offers free shuttle service in from LAX from 9:00 am to 10:p- you can arrange for a pickup out of LAX or arrange your own transportation to get to the hotel booked for the tour's first night anytime past 3:00 pm. The tour can only ensure 2 double beds for the accomodations booked and you would simply have to book 2 rooms to ensure that each traveler has his or her own bed.

Usually we will give you the final confirmation 1-2 working days after we received your reservation, and should any change you would like to make to the order when the tour is confirmed, we will have to charge you a certain amount of amendment fee. As for the proper time to make the tour, principally you can submit the reservation 2 days in advance of the departure date at the latest; but you are suggested to make the reservation as early as possible, 2-3 weeks in advance being suitable, for example.

Currently, the tour is available now and meanwhile, you are suggested to make the reservation as early as possible. And we will give you the final confirmation of the availability 1-2 working days after received your reservation. According to the experience, the tour is a popular one and seldomely it will be cancelled because of the lackness of people. Even if the tour is cancelled because of any reason on our part, we will give you a full refund.
