What we can do for you is to book a pre-tour hotel extension for you around the airport you will be arriving at. Then you can take the shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport to self-transport back and forth from the hotel and the airport. Then the tour guide will pick you up from the airport on the first day of the tour. The hotel rates varies from hotel to hotel, from different airports. What you can do is to note in the comment section that you would need a pre-tour hotel extension around what airport, then we will quote you the hotel price. We will only book the hotel for you after you have agreed to the price.
