Q: I interest to get tour to San Fransico in the 1st week of Nov. 2010. But I have some question. 1. How different between tour LA2-110 and LA5-189 ? 2. Both tour travel togeter? 3. I will stay in Panorama City; which pick up location should I go? 4. What language that guide tour use? Can they speak Thai? 5. Can I require the seat? I will go with my mum. we want to sit together and I don't want to sit next to restroom.

1, the two tours are quite similar, and the difference mainly lies in the hotel during the trip. You can check the details in the itinerary of each tour.
2, the two tours are siliar ones, but they are just two tours and customers in different tours will go in different group: won't travel together.
3, we have already put the physical addresses of the pick up locations on the webpage, you can use goole map to check the nearest pick up location; or you can tell us the physical address where you live when making reservation so that we can decide it for you
4, We are sorry but currently we do not offer language service in Thai and English will be mainly used in the tour.
5, if you have any special request on the seat, you can tell us in the "Comments" when making reservation, and we will try the best to meet your need.

The $6/day per person are tips for the bus driver and the tour guide, the tips for bell boys is not included.
Yes, we provide free airport pick up from 8:30am to 10:30pm.
We do not provide city tour for this tour in Los Angeles, but it will be conducted in San Francisco.

The tour coach will be back to New York in a different route and will not go to New Jersy.
We are only able to offer pick up from New Jersy, but drop off to Chinatown, Manhattan.

We can book 1 night pre-tour hotel extension in Holiday Inn La Mirada for you and advance the airport pick up with certain service fee as long as your flight arrives before 10:00pm. We are only able to send the guests to LAX airport when the tour ends. However, you can request the tour guide to drop you off at a nearest location to your desired destination.
Each guest is allowed to carry two pieces of luggage. Admission of Disneyland and Universal Studios are included in the tour fee, while service fee to tour guide and driver is not included. Please refer to the Pricing column for more details of Package Includes and Excludes. It takes 40-55 minutes from our standard hotel to Rodeo Drive. This tour is operated all year around and never get cancelled except for extreme condition. We advise you to book the tour first online to lock the seats as soon as you decide your travel plan. Normally, there are 30-56 on a bus.
We do not have service for booking train ticket at this moment.

Is it possible to have 2 rooms - 1 room for two and 1 room for one? or we have to pay normal price without a discount? 2) is it possible to have a trip to Hollywood? The buy 2 get 1 free promotion only applies if you have 3 or 4 travelers booked in 1 room.
You can definitely book USLA2-603 along with any one day tour of your choice.
If you are flying into LAX on 12/29, you would want to book the tour for the 12/29 tour start date.

The drop off time is approximately 6:30-7:30PM, depending on returning traffic.
The drop off locations are the same as the pick up locations, unless otherwise indicated or informed.
