Q: Hi, I will be visiting US in next month along with my Dad(60 yrs) and my son (4 yrs). I hv few questions on this tour: -kindly expain the concept of Buy2 Get1 free. -We will be staying in LA itself, hence, can we start the tour from the 2nd day? If yes, will there be any discount in price? Thanks Praveena

The buy 2 get 1 free applies when 3 people share 1 room then the 3rd person's ticket price is free.
We do not suggest you start the tour the 2nd day. If you start the tour after the tour has started, it will be your responsibility to make sure you attend the tour on time and in a proper fashion. Neither the tour guide nor bus driver will make special stops for you if you decide to attend the tour after the tour has started.
There will not be any price discounts if you opt out of any part of the tour.

We do not suggest people join a tour after it has started. If you decide to opt out of the first part of the tour, it will be your responsibility to meet with the tour on time. Neither the bus driver nor the tour guide will make special stops to pick you up from any personal location.
There will not be a discount for opting out of any part of a tour.

The Thousand Island’s cruise is available April 2nd, not on April 1st.The maid of the mist cruise is scheduled to open sometime mid April.
These cruise operations are schedule to open at these times, however; they are not guaranteed and open season is dependent on the frost / chill conditions at the Falls. If these cruises are not available, we simply spend more time around the Falls region and you will have extra free time to explore the shops and falls.

Q: Hi, I will plan to arrive to Denver by train around 7am. What is the best way and how long does it take to go from downtown train station to meet the group at the airport's fountain? For the transportation from your train station to the airport, you will have to find a route that is most suitable for your situation. We will not be able to suggest you the route that is most suitable for your case.
The official available check in at the hotel is around 2-3 p.m. If you are at the hotel early, we can try to check you in early, however; you may have to wait for the check in if the hotel room is not available.
Food, snacks, and beverages are allowed so long as they do not make a mess. You can carry on a medium sized back pack for portable entertainment systems or other such entertainment items for your children. We stop every 1-2 hours for a rest room break and rest.

We do not suggest you leave your card at the parking place for 3 days. If you are a local traveler, please have a friend or relative drive you to the pick up location on time, or take a taxi to these locations.
The promotion for this tour is a "buy 2 get 1 free" offer. If you have 4 people sharing 1 room, then the 3rd person's ticket price is free.

The price does not include the admission fees to the theme parks or the Grand Canyon Dinner. There is a mandatory fee for all west Grand Canyon trips. For this trip, the mandatory fee is $89 per person. What that fee pays for is the West Grand Canyon Entry fee, the native American tribe reservation entry fee, the BBQ dinner and breakfast at the hulapai canyon lodge cafeteria, the wagon ride, and cowboy gunshow / Karaoke (if available for that date).Package Includes
