Hi AP:

Yes, the bus has a restroom, however; the rest room is for emergency use only. We stop every 1 - 2 hours for a rest stop. You should use the rest room then.

The tour guide arranges the lunch and dinners. Generally at fast food stops,  food courts, or restaurants along the tour path.

Q:
Hi, I'm very interested in booking one of your tours. Unfortunately we'll arrive in LA Sun, Aug 28 very late in the evening - means that we're not able to take one of those Sunday-trips. Is there a possibility to do such a tour on Monday, Tuseday or Wednesday? It should be a 2/3-day tour starting and ending in Los Angeles. It would be awesome if you offer such a trip! Regards, Nina

Q:
Before we book this tour 2-121, I'd like to make sure that when we tour the Yellowstone National Park, we will go see Old Faithful and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone. To me, this will be the highlight of my trip and I would be dissappointed if we do not see these two. Thanks.

Q:
1. The 'Buy 2 Get 1 free' is it really like adding a 3rd guess without any extra charges for hotel room, bus places etc. ie. like 3 persons travel with the price of 2? 2. What happens if 3 persons are reserved and the 3rd guess cannot make in the last minute?
QnA

Hi Quang N.:

1. Yes, so if you have 3 people sharing 1 room, then the 3rd person's tour price is free. However, for some tours that may include additional admission fees in the tour price, then the 3rd free person will have to cover the additional ticket fees.

2. If you tell use a week before the tour that the 3rd person cannot attend the tour, then there will be a minimum penalty order amendment fee of $30. If you do not tell us the 3rd free spot is not attending the tour, then a "no show" fee will apply. The no show fee will be charged to the remaining people attending the tour and will be different per tour.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Valerie Menzel:

We accept and are accepting international cards. Many international orders have come in successfully today. Is your card a visa or master card?

Generally international cards that are visas have no problems with our system. Master cards for Latin American countries such as Chile or Brazil may experience some difficulties, so; we suggest people paying with international cards to use a visa card.

Also, all international customers should check the terms and conditions of their card for making US transactions and purchases. Some cards may charge exchange rate fees or international transaction fees. Most do not have such a problem or restriction.

Please check on your card and try to book the tour again. Make sure all the information is put in correctly.

Also, remember to put the correct billing address for your card. The credit card system still accepts international addresses, so; please make sure everything is as stated on your card.

If you have any more problems, please give us a call or send us an e-mail at [email protected]

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Hi, DAY2/DAY3 itinery seem to be very packed. Are we going to have walking tour to visit all places? Can u provide list of places where we only "see from bus " or we wil have chance to have walking tour for all places?

Hi Evon:

Each of the important locations the tour guide tries to allocate 1-2 hours. Each of the less important locations the tour guide gives 15-30 minutes.

So for NY, places like Times Square and NYSE get about 15-30 minutes for photos. More important locations like the circle line cruise and Empire state building observatory / sky ride receive about 1-2 hours.

The overall tour schedule is based on the tour guide, the weather, and the traffic conditions of that particular day.

Thank you for your inquiry.
