Hi. I'm looking for a tour with the characteristics of this one, and I want to have ALL the expenses sorted before so I don't need to pay for tickets or meals or anything. I see this one is a bit more than others that offer petty much the same. Is because all those things included ? Thanks. PJ
If I were to take up the 6-day New York tour, I would like to make an extended 1 night stay at New York, which hotel would be suitable for us(3 adults and 1 child), as we will be flying to Orlando the next day?
We can help you with hotel extensions. Generally we offer hotel extensions generally for airport hotels, so; the airport shuttle service is already provided by the hotel. If you require a hotel extension, please note that in the comments section during your reservation process.
hello,i have a few questions:
1)for all the excludes payment, where should us buy the tickets for the places we want to go only at one time?
2)is it meals included?how about the vegetarian people like us?
3)during the last day of tour,is it airport dropped off will be provided also for free?
1) The tour guide will inform you of when to pay him the cash for the optional tour tickets. You simply have to bring enough cash while on the tour to pay for the additional locations.
2)None of the meals are included. The tour guide takes the guests to meal locations. Generally a fast food, food court, or restaurant location for meals. You simply pay for what you are eating. You will have to ask each location for vegetarian options. Vegetarian options are not guaranteed at each locations, however; you may ask for them.
3) This tour offers airport transfers to and from the airport. There is no additional charge for the airport transfers unless you have a special request or go beyond the provided transfer times.
Hi! On tour 5-189=do you let us off @ FISHERMANS warf _how long.? do u let us off @PALACE OF FINE ARTS_HOW LONG_HOW LONG IN SOLVANgE_HOW LONG ARE WE AT HEARST & HOW MUCH IS CASTLE TOUR????hOW LONG IN yOSEMITE & DOES BUS DRIVE US AROUND , dO HOTELS HAVE RESTRAUNTS OR DOES BUS STOP FOR MEALS? tHANK yOU
Each of the major stops we stay for 1-2 hours. The Hearst Castle tour takes about 1.5 hours. The Yosemite tour takes around 3-4 hours.
The hotels may have restaurants, however; the tour guide makes stops for all meals except breakfast. You will have to check with the tour guide about breakfast daily. There may be a breakfast stop for some days, however; you may also have to have breakfast before the start time of the tour the next day.
Okay, so my flight arrives around 8 AM June 4th at the JFK airport. So do I wait at the airport until 9 AM until a tour guide picks me up? Also, after they pick me up, what happens on day one? Do they just bring me to the hotel and we get a free day?
Yes, you will have to wait for the earliest pick up from the airport. Although, if you are flying in a 8:00 a.m., it will probably take you 30-40 minutes to retrieve your luggage and you can have breakfast or a snack at the Hudson News stand region and be on time for the pick up at 9:00 a.m.
The guide will take you to the first night's hotel. However, official check in time is around 2-3 p.m. You may ask to check in early and if the hotel room is ready for you, then you may use the room early. If the room is not ready, you can ask the hotel concierge for a bell service for your luggage and you will have a free day from there on.
There is a night tour of New York on the first day that explores Times Square and popular regions of Manhattan at night. The tour starts around 5:00 p.m. at the lobby, however; you will have to speak with your tour guide on the day of the tour to check on the timing. Also, the night tour is $25 per person and you may buy dinner at Times Square.
The price quoted by the pricing calculator includes taxes, however; please review the pricing section for what the package excludes:
