 We are 3 people travelling and we would like to take the 7day bus tour package to Grand Canyon South, Hoover Dam, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Yosemite from Los Angeles either or 21st June'11 or 25th June'11.  Hello! I am arriving in NY on 11th May 2011. I am coming there with my wife and 11 year old daughter. i am staying at a friend's place at NJ. I am sorry to ask so many questions, but this is my first trip to your great country and would like to make it as memorable as possible. if i were to opt for this tour, from where would i be picked up and dropped? Would there be options as regards food? Meaning, would there be an option of Indian food at any/all of these hotels? can you advice me on how much money i should carry for my living expenses during this trip (tour fare & shopping excluded)? Can you please pay specific attention to the entrance tickets to all the places of interest during this 6-day tour? Is there anything else i need to take note of that i am probably missing? Bye for now. I am sure i will have some more questions and will shoot them once i get a response from you. :)

This tour offers airport transfers. You will have to meet at the airport for the start of this tour.

The tour guide will arrange the meals. Generally, the meals will be arrange at fast food places, food courts, or restaurants the tour guide arranges.

You should generally bring around $15 per meal.

1. You will have to set yourself up as a self transfer to the hotel. Please note: If you miss your flight and your tour, your tour is still departing and we will not be able to issue you a refund for the tour. If you would like an airport  transfer, you will need to give us your flight information in advance. We will not be able to arrange you an airport transfer at the start of the tour.

Meals are not included. The tour guide arrange the meals, however; you will have to pay for the meals yourself.

 My family is considering going on a trip between 2-130 and 2-131 this June. Then, does admission for disney land and universal studio include all shows and rides without extra charge? or is it just admission fee and we should pay more for all the rides and shows? Thanks..

We return back to New York around 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. We will return later if there is heavy traffic. It will be you responsibility to make it JFK on time for your flight.
