Hi Tours4Fun....my boyfriend, Larry Kana and I (Denise McClung) are booked on your Yellowstone 7 day tour starting 6-18/6-25. We have paid in full several months ago. We have read about the tipping and the $40.00 tour fee however; we are hoping that because of fuel prices we are not hit with any surprise surcharges.....does your company anticipate doing that? Just need to know - hopefully the answer will be no! Thanks - Denise
For this tour, only the mandatory $40 per person fee for the 4 additional tour places and the service fee is mandatory. We are expecting fuel hikes and have seen fuel hikes lately, however; we cover the additional fees and if you book and reserve the tour in full; we will honor the price the tour was booked at.
Fuel surcharges are mainly a concern for helicopter flights, such as in the Grand Canyon. Although at this moment fuel prices may increase, however; we have kept the fuel surcharge for the helicopter tours to around $5 - $10.
Do the operating dates above have anything to do with the calendar you can choose your start date from? Because August is not included in the operating dates...Does that mean the tour doesn't start e.g. on August 4th? Thanks in advance!
After studying various programs here, my family have decided that we will travel through 2-3334 and then 2-121 in June. Then,I have one question..We 'd better drive to Las vegas for the first trip and join 2-3334, and then join the second trip in LA, and finish in Las Vegas again. Can we park our car in Las Vegas hotel for about two weeks? I will use that hotel (any hotel possible) first night and last day of my trip..Should I pay for parking? If yes, how much should I pay for my parking? To join both trips, using flight seems more inconvenient for us.. Please comment better ideas.. Thanks!!
You cannot park your car into the Las Vegas hotel for two weeks. It will be your responsibility to make sure your car will be okay for that many days if you choose to park there. You should give your hotel a call for their parking policy.
Flights may be more convenient for you. We do not suggest you use a car if you can help it. Please note: This particular 7-day tour you are asking about does not offer shuttle service from the airport. You will have to arrange your own shuttle service at the beginning of the tour.
We do offer you a transfer service to LAX at the end of your tour.
I would love to take part in this tour, however due to a knee replacement operation last year, my knee will only bend to approx 120degrees. As the tour involves a lot of coach travel (I would be joining in Irvine) Please could you let me know your what your coaches standard legroom is, or if you have extra legroom seats avalible.
Thank you
We cannot give you an approximate leg room / room space available for the tour coach. Please check with your doctor to see if you are able to comfortably seat in a normal tour bus space and if there are any problems with longer travel (4-5 hours).
Hi. Myself and 2 friends are planing to take a 3 day bus tour to niagra falls from boston this summer but we will have travelled from europe therefore we will have large suitcases, is it possible to bring these with us on the tour?
Thanks,
Kate
We will do our best to accommodate large luggages and suit cases. Please try to limit the luggage to two luggage per person or 1 international sized luggage.
Me interesa este tour de 6 dias pero quiero guia en español. Somos dos y podemos arrivar a New York a partir del 28 de mayo.
Tambien quisieramos quedarnos otros 3 o cuatro dias en New York alojandonos en el centro de NY. Gloria
Hi,
I am interested in this package, and will be travelling in 4 pax and reach NY on 21st May.
However, can you please advice if we can have a two single bed room or all rooms are a king size bed only ?
Besides, if we reach earlier at 830am, do we get the complimentary NYC half day tour like in the East Coast Multi-City Travel Packages _ 23-2347 ?
To ensure four person have a comfort sleep, would you advice on the standard quality or budget friendly package..?
THanks,
All rooms are default double rooms. Each room has two queen sized or full sized beds.
There is only a night tour available for this tour. The night tour is not complimentary and will cost $25 per person for the night tour.
This depends on your preference. Two rooms with two people in each room would be best if you would like separate beds. Standard quality tours offer 4 star hotels. Budget Friendly tours offer 2.5-3 star hotels.
hi,
am interested in this package, but as we are planning to take up the buy 2 free 2 package on the 21st of May, appreciate your advice if:
1) its available confirmation as we will extend our trip to join this tour and our return tickets need to be confirm by tuesday.
2) its the room in this budget friendly hotels big enough for 4 adults sharing. ?
3) what is the estimated allowance per meal is advised per pax usually?
Thanks in advance.
1) I cannot give you an official guarantee on a tour without an official booking. Please book as soon as possible and we will send you a confirmation e-mail as soon as everything is confirmed.
2) Yes, per room will have two queen sized or full sized beds. The beds should comfortably sleep two normal sized people. Comfort is subjective. You will have to decide if you would like to share rooms.
