Q: Hi, We want to take 3 day tour to Las Vengas, Grand Canyon from LA . We will be travelling from Chicago. wanted to know whether there will be airport pick up at LA and when do we return at LA/LV? We would like to catch a flight to Detroit late evening same night, will that be possible? Thanks Neelima

This tour does not include airport pick up and drop off service. The pick up location are set as follows:09:00am Best Western Executive, 18880 Gale Ave, Rowland Heights , CA 91748
This tour will end around 6:30-07:30pm or later depending on the traffic condition of the day, so you might not be able to catch a flight on the same night. If you are not able to find a flight with the desired departure time, we can help book hotel extension service for you. All you have to do is to note that request in the comment section when you are booking the tour online for us to quote a hotel rate to you.

The card is activated the first time you use it. It is then valid for that day and the number of consecutive calendar days that you have purchased.

We will not be able to confirm with you the exact hotel that you will be staying in the during this tour, since it depends on the availability of the hotel during the tour.
The ride from Los Angeles to San Fransisco is around 7 hours (depending on traffic) and vis-versa.
Food is not provided on bus, and the food cost is not included in the tour cost, however, our tour provider will take passengers places to eat, but you will have to pay for your own meals.
The bus does have a restroom for emergency purpose only. There will be multiple restroom stops on the way.
