We recommend that you book your hotel extensions at the Best Western Grosvernor. Please note that this tour only offers airport pick up on Day 1 of the tour. You will need to make your own way to the hotel for your pre-tour hotel extension and back to the airport for Day 1 of the tour.

2011-06-16 14:08:52 Hi Zubkova Tatiana:Amendment Fees: Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation after successfully submitting the order online, will be subject to a minimum $30 Amendment Fee (per change). The $30 Amendment Fee also applies to such changes where an additional passenger is added onto an existing reservation. Seats will be confirmed within one to two business days. To cancel a customer from a reservation, the regular Cancellation Policy will apply.
The $30 amendment fee is a minimum tour change fee. If changes are too frequent and urgent, additional fees may apply to alter or change the tour in addition to the $30 amendment fee. Paying the $30 amendment fee does not guarantee a change can and will be made.
To cancel a passenger free of charge from a reservation with promotions such as "Buy 2 get 1 Free or Buy 2 Get 2 Free" within 7 days of departure date, please refer to the "Pricing" tab of your product page for penalty fees. If cancellation falls beyond 7 days of departure date, the $30 Amendment Fee will be applied, per person.

2011-06-16 04:54:02 Hi Erick:The Buy 2 Get 1 Free policy means the 3rd guest joins the tour for free on share-room basis. That is to say, for 3 people in 1 room, the total price is the same as 2 people in 1 room.
All 3 passengers must be in the same room in order to qualify for the offer.
