Commonly, the first night hotel is Crown Plaza Union City (we may book other hotels offering the similar standard of service if the default hotel is sold out). It is different from the recommended Best Western Grosvernor Hotel. Please note the Best Western Grosvernor Hotel has shuttle service between the hotel and the airport. You may take the shuttle to the hotel on your arrival and take it to the airport on the Day 1 of the tour to meet the tour guide.

Please note that this tour starts in New York but can end in Boston or New York.
Passengers who are flying out of Boston , please book flights that depart Boston after 1:00PM. The rest of the group will be taken back to New York City. Please book flights that depart New York after 7:30PM.
You are welcome to bring your luggage with you on tour and store it in the luggage compartment. Please note each passenger is allowed one medium sized luggage and one small carry on.

If you book a room as a single room, no one will share the room with you, it will be a room all to yourself.

This tour only offers airport transfers in and out of Seattle Airport: SEA. Please arrange your flight arriving in Seattle before 11:30am.
Breakfast is not included with the tour and is not offered by the hotels.

1. Hotels will not provide complimentary breakfast. Tour will not offer breakfast.
2. You are welcome to purchase meals recommended by the tour guide, but it is not mandatory. Meals are not included with the tour.

Q: I want to buy the 8-Day East Coast: US & Canada w/Airport Transfers Package, I will come on 29th of August 2011 (So, I will join the August 31st tour), with six person in our pact. I want to ask: 1. Will I still be picked up at the Airport on August 29th? 2. Are you able to book the hotel for August 29th and 30th at the same hotel we will stay at on the tour? (The same hotel with the one the tour will give for the tour in New York, So I don't need to change hotels anymore) 3. I depart on 8th September, Can you book us at the hotel we stayed on for the Plus 1 day? And can you drive us to the airport when we will depart? 1. This tour only offers complimentary airport pick up on Day 1 of the tour.
2. We can offer you the same hotel as Day 1 of the tour, but it is near the EWR airport. Please click on the Arriving Early or Staying Late button to add it the hotel extensions to before or after your tour.
3. This tour only offers complimentary airport drop off on the last day of the tour (Day 8).

Q: hi,we want to know approx how much time will be available to us to view the Museum of Natural History and the Air and Space Museum as we have a child of 8 who would really be most interested in these things rather than the others like War Memorial etc .So if we want to skip a few places and spend more time at others is it ok or is it mandatory for us to be with the tour at all times.Thanks View answers (1) A: |

The time spent at the Museum of Natural History will be approximately 1.5 hours to 2 hours, depending on traffic and tour schedule.
As this is a guided group tour, you will be required to stay with the tour in order to not be left behind. Please note that if you separate and self depart from the tour, you will be required to make your own way back to rejoin the tour or to New York, at your own cost.
