2011-09-03 06:36:11 Hi Dorottya:Please proceed to book the October 19 tour date, as typically during this time of year, the tour will not be cancelled due to insufficient number of passengers.
Tour providers will try their best to make sure all the tour arrangements will be the same as planned. However, to ensure safe and secure tours, tour providers reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and many other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances. Tour providers also reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, and refund payment if the number of participants is inadequate to form a tour group.The minimum number of passengers required for this tour is 25.

Q: I am joining your tour (e-ticket 54871) and will be buying the Disneyland tickets from your website. Why can't you arrange the tickets to be collected from your tour guide/bus driver of my tour? There was a similar question asked by SR C dated 13 May 2011 and your customer service Juanita said tours4fun can arrange the collection of theme park tickets from the tour guide. I am not a US citizen and I paid so much for the tour package from your company. I am disappointed that such a small arrangement can't be made. View answers (1) A: |

Unfortunately not. You must pick them up from our office or have the tickets mailed to your US home address.Here are your options to obtain your tickets:
1. Pick-up: Visit us at our office at 77 Las Tunas Dr. Suite #203, Arcadia, CA 91007, USA to personally pick them up. You can refer to our "Contact Us" page for more information about our location.
2. Delivery: We can deliver the tickets out to you for an additional fee of $6. The address we ship out to must be a U.S. address ONLY.

Unfortunately, we are unable to do so with this tour, as there are many possible options for the order of the day to day itinerary. The only portion that we can be definite about is Day 1-Monday will be your Airport transfer to hotel day and Day 2-Tuesday will be your Theme park day.For Days 3-5 (Wednesday-Friday) and Days 6-8 (Saturday-Monday) the legs of the trip can vary.
