We do have a emergency restroom on bus. However, we do also stop every 2-3 hours for restroom breaks.

We apologize, but as we do not process visa applications, we must recommend that you contact your local passport agency for information. We know from previous customers that a Schengen Visa is sufficient for them to participate in this tour, but that is not guaranteed for all passengers, as each country's entry requirements can differ for different country's citizens.

So what happens if I purchase a buy 2 free 2 and then the free 2 is not available, will I be able to cancel the purchase without any charge? 2011-09-05 05:20:30 Hi Seng Cheow Lee:*** Offers are provided and confirmed only on an availability basis. Once confirmed, the reservation cannot be changed or removed without a Cancellation Fee. If cancellation of free-fare passenger(s) is made at least 7 days before tour departure date, the reservation will be subject to a $30 Amendment Fee plus the amount for the paid participating travelers.
***Cancellations of the Free Passenger(s) within 7 days of tour departure and No-shows on the tour departure date will be assessed a $405 penalty fee per passenger, that will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservation. This is a mandatory fee to be collected by the tour guide in order to participate on the tour.

Our conference starts on 19sept until 21sept around 4pm. Is it possible for pickup sevice in Aria for the 4 of us. We would be very grateful if you fulfill our request. We come from Malaysia. 22 hours of torture on the plane. For the last day in LA, besides Universal Studio can we request to visit Venice beach, Rodeo drive, Hollywood any other must see places before we board our plane at 11pm 24 Sept. 4:00PM Meet your tour guide at the Hallway next to the Buffet Restaurant of Stratosphere (2000 Las Vegas Boulevard South, Las Vegas, NV 89104)/Plaza Hotel for hotel check-in (Call us the day before tour departure for the tour guide's telephone number and hotel information).
If you are not able to meet the tour guide by the 4:00PM hotel check-in, please wait until 10:30 - 11:30PM to meet with the tour guide for the late night check-in.You can select a tour from the following link if you do not visit Universal Studios, but you will need to make your own way to the tour departure location.
