Q: Hi, I am planning to book a hotel extension from the hotel selection, either Country Inn EWR or Hampton Inn Newark Airport, at the beginning of tour. Will this tour pick us up at the either of these extension hotel? If this tour get canceled by you and I have to rebook a different tour, will I be able to change the extension hotel booking? And how long will we spend in Quebec City? Thanks

Unfortunately our tours cannot offer pickup at hotels, only at the airport. If you should book a hotel extension with us, you will need to make your own way to the hotel and back to the airport for the tour's Day 1 airport transfer to hotel.
If a tour was cancelled by us and a hotel accommodation was unused, it is possible, but not guaranteed. In order to adjust the hotel extension booking to a different date, both the tour and the hotel extension would need to be adjusted at the same time.
Time spent at Quebec will be approximately 1 hour. During the winter months, we will skip the Quebec tour, due to severe weather condition in Quebec. Consult your tour guide for a detailed itinerary.

Seats are booked on a first come, first serve basis. We recommend you book the tour as soon as your travel plans are set, in order to allow us to process and confirm your reservation, while seats are still available.4. Unfortunately we do not know of any. Most people purchase flights from EWR airport to BUF airport, as the driving distance can be at least 6.5 hours.
