Can you please kindly explain. - We intend to book the Air Canada Flight No.AC788 from LAX to Totonto departing on 10.00pm on the last day of the tour. What time will we reach LAX on the last day? Will there be enough time to check in for this Flight? - We hope to meet up with some family friends who stays in Arcadia, San Gabriel, CA 91775, USA. Can you please suggest to us which evening/night of the tour (or which day of the tour is near to this location?) is the best time to meet up with them? - I need a 'soft copy' of the itinerary of this tour 2-131 to send it to my friend before I confirm the tour. The link you provided for the shopping cart only took us to an empty cart, so we were unable to see the link you were referring to.
However, the helicopter ride in Grand Canyon is not covered in the cost of the tour. It is offered only as an optional excursion for this tour.

If you wish you to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m. and international flight after 10:30 p.m.
The best option for you to be close to your friends that reside in Arcadia, is to upgrade your hotel to the San Gabriel Hilton. This will allow you to stay near Arcadia for the portion of the tour that stays in the LA area. Otherwise, you will either be located in Fullerton or La Mirada for this portion of the stay.
