Generally you will return after 10:00pm.
The return flight time will be confirmed after your tour is confirmed.
Please do not make flight arrangements before your tour is confirmed.
If for some reason we can not confirm your tour and you have already purchased your airfare, your flight tickets
may not be refundable.

We do not confirm the first night's hotel used on tour until after your online reservation has been confirmed.
If you already have a reservation, please send an inquiry email to [email protected] and provide your reservation number.
Once your reservation is confirmed, we will be more than happy to provide you with the hotel information for your tour departure.
However, the hotel usually used for this tour in the New York area is closest to EWR airport.

Yes, customers who choose to have free time in Chinatown on the first day of the tour will still have the option to join the New York night tour.
Please let your tour guide know upon arrival that you plan to join the night tour, as seating is limited and based on a first come, first served basis.

You will have time to depart the tour bus and take pictures at the major sightseeing locations on tour.
For major stops, like the Corning Glass Center, you will have approximately 1-2 hours for sightseeing and photo opportunities.
At minor stops, like the Lincoln Memorial, there is approximately 15-20 minutes for sightseeing and photo stops.

This tour uses the 40 freeway for the route between Las Vegas and Grand Canyon.
There are no photo opportunities along the route between the two cities. The bus will make stops every 2-3 hours for restroom and stretching breaks. You can take photos at these times.

1. We do NOT allow customers to use the CITY PASS to join the New York City sightseeing attractions included in this tour.
2. If you do purchase and bring a CITY PASS, the local agency will not supply the transportation service in New York on the New York City sightseeing day. Please arrange your own transportation on that day. (This includes purchasing your the optional tour tickets on your own).Service fees for tour guide (min. $6.00/day per person including 1st day airport transfer service). This is a mandatory fee.

The tour will arrive into Los Angeles around 6:00-7:00PM. We will only be able to drop off passengers at the tour departure locations. Please note that this tour will not pass by the PHX airport. Please arrange your own transporation from the drop off location to your next destination.
