We are planning to join this tour. We have the option to arrive JFK for the first day of the tour at 5.45am or 8.10am. What is the better arrival time and what time can we be picked up at the airport and transferred to our hotel? I understand that we can only check in the room at 3pm. Can we leave our luggage at the concierge and explore New York City? Is the hotel near the center, if not, how far is it and are there transport systems to easily bring us around the city?
Thanks
interested in ur la to las vegas trip, beginning of sept.2012 for 4 people. will stay on in vegas instead of coming back to l.a. could u tell me the exact cost of the trip, including the grand canyon , but not the skywalk. little confused on what is included in ur price. thank you very much for ur response, alla.
we are planing to be in NY from March 3rd to March 11th.
The thing is we wanna go to Niagara Falls during the period,
so we want to book the March 5th's travel, but it said it is sold out.
we wanna ask if there are two seats available cuz we are two.
Also, i want to ask when we are supposed to come back to NY, if we book the March 9th's travel. Our flight going back to our city is at 2pm at LGA airport on March 11th. we might have to be at the airport until at least 1 pm.
March 5th is currently sold out for this tour. You can check back periodically and we can check if seats become available for that tour at a later date.
The tour does not return to New York until 9-10pm on the last day of the tour.
You will not be able to make a 2pm flight on March 11th with a March 9th departure date for this tour.
Please consider the following 2 day tour that goes to Niagara Falls and has departures in the timing you will be in New York:
hello, i got the answer on 183-391, how much will the transfer fee cost if you will drop us back in seattle? Is there a fee to pick us from seattle or its included in the tour? Its only if we want the tour to drop us back in seattle that there is an additional fee and how much? thanks
The pickup and drop-off in Seattle for this tour incurs an extra fee, per person.
The extra cost is $30.00 per person, per way.
The cost will automatically be adjusted when you make your reservation online and select Seattle pickup in the orange Easy Book section of the website.
Thank you for your inquiry.

I'd like to book this tour for my parents, however my Mom usually has car sickness and to avoid the sickness, she is asking to seat at the front seat (the first row on the right hand side of the driver). Can this be guarantee during the trip when I book the tour for my parents?
Unfortunately, we do not offer guaranteed seating for our tours.
However, when you make your reservation online, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you request front seating because of car sickness issues.
We will notify your tour guide of your car sickness and we will do our best to get your Mom seated in the front. However, we cannot guarantee seating for our tours.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi,
does the tour price include entrance fees to the Yosemite National Park and Grand Canyon?
Is there pickup for individuals living at backpackers in San Francisco?
We would like to join in this tour on the first week of July 2012.
How soon can the July dates are open for booking?
Can you kindly notify me as soon as this tour is open for booking?
Will the pricing be the same then?
TQVM!
How big (in terms of number of people) is the tour group? Is it advisable for me to join both west coast and east coast tours on back to back as I intend to arrive in LA on May 2nd and take the 10 day west coast tour and then fly to new york on saturday 12th and take the 5 days east coast mutli city tour? is breakfast provided in the hotel accomodation of the tour?
The maximum amount of people on tour is approximately 60.
Many of our customers link the East and West Coast tours back to back and thoroughly enjoy themselves on both legs of the tour.
Most hotels used on tour do not offer breakfast. Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide while on tour and you will have the option to purchase meals at that time.
Thank you for your inquiry.
