Q: Hello, I'm interested to join this tour with my 2 sisters(total 3 pax) but one of them cannot confirm her availability. Should we book the tour for 1) 3 people and cancel one spot should the last person not make it or 2) book for 2 people and add in a 3rd person later on? Is the 2nd option still entitled to buy2 get 1 free if the 3rd person wants to share room with us and books later on? Thanks.

2012-02-11 11:35:51 Hi Julian:For the buy 2 get 1 free options, all the names of the guests are required to be confirmed beforemaking the reservation. Any changes (i.e. date, location, tour, etc.) made to a reservation aftersuccessfully submitting the order online, will be subject to a minimum $30 Amendment Fee (perchange). The $30 Amendment Fee also applies to such changes where an additional passengeris added onto an existing reservation. However,we cannot guarantee. It depends on the weather and traffic conditions on that day. If you wishyou to fly out of LAX airport on the same day, please book a US domestic flight after 9:30 p.m.and international flight after 10:30 p.m. If the last day of your itinerary is Sea World, pleasearrange your flight departing after 11:00pm.

1. The hotel used in Las Vegas is generally the Stratosphere Hotel and Casino, unfortunately we do not offer
hotel upgrades for the stay in Las Vegas.
2. We do not have a tour of 10 days that ends in San Francisco.
