However, the hotels that we use on the tour are not confirmed until after your tour departure is confirmed.
Tour confirmation usually takes 2-3 business days after you make your reservation online.

Q: Hello, 3 of us are thinking about joining this tour on 22nd June 2012 (Friday), so just to make everything clear- the pickup location can be Chinatown at 8:15AM? We're thinking about booking a hotel extension- is the transportation from the drop off location to the hotel included in the price (or can it be agreed upon for an additional fee)- if yes, who do we have to contact about it (perhaps the tour guide at the site?)? Is there any service fee fr the bus driver (the tour info indicates only the one for the tour guide)? According to the tour specifications, Triple price does not guarantee a third bed in the room- what happens if the three of us book a triple room and there are not enough beds? 2012-03-27 23:09:50 Sorry, perhaps I wasn't clear enough..the hotel extension we would book is after the tour..but i guess this doesn't change anything, i.e. the drop off location is the same as the pick up (it's not possible that you drop us off at the hotel), so we have to arrange the transportation to the hotel alone, don't we? Yes, this tour offers pickup in Chinatown Manhattan at 8:15am.
We do not offer hotel pickup for this tour, even if you have a hotel extension with our company.
We suggest you book a hotel close to one of the pickup locations.
The bus driver service fees are included in the service fees for the tour guide.
Rooms are equipped with 2 standard/full sized beds. Up to 4 adults can fit in each hotel room; however, there is not an additional bed in the room.
If you need an additional bed while on tour, you will need to speak directly to the hotel concierge and see if they have it available, as we cannot confirm that it will always be available at all hotels used on tour.

The IMAX movie is an optional tour that is available while touring in Niagara Falls.
If you opt out of the IMAX movie, you will not be able to use this time to see Cave of the Winds, as there is not enough time for you to transfer to the Cave of the Winds and back in time to meet with your tour guide after the movie.
