The $30.00 amendment fee is per reservation change.
If you change the pickup location on your confirmed reservation, there will be a one-time $30.00 fee for the entire reservation, regardless of the number of people on tour.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to join this tour along the routes of the half-day city tour, as the routing changes on each day.
In order to receive transfer services, you must meet the tour guide at one of the three major airports in the New York.
If you do not want to transfer to the airport, you can self-transfer to the first night's hotel used for the tour.
Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation how you plan to join the tour on the first day.

This bus tour will be in Washington DC on day 2 of this tour.
The approximate time that we depart DC on day 2 is between 12-1pm.
If you plan to fly out of DC on day 2, we suggest you make your flight arrangements after 3pm.

The hotel will not provide breakfast. The transfers out to the airport at the end of the tour are included in the tour package cost. Seat availability will vary per departure. If we are unable to confirm a reservation, we will offer alternate similar tours, dates, and ultimately process a refund if you do not book suggested replacement tours.

I have a other problem/question: I start booking a trip to Niagara Falls starting 07/09/12.When I arrive at "Traveler Details" i've to give a U.S. phone number.I don't have US phone number I'm not living in USA. The rooms booked for a reservation will be reserved only for the travelers in the reservation. The hotels will have toilets/ bathrooms. The hotels are 3 star rated. You will get a fair amount of free time during the tour, but the meal stops will be arrange by the tour guide.
Please let us know where on the site you found the term RIT hotel so we verify what kind of hotel bookings the tour offers.
The pickup locations are usually the same as the drop offs.

They can join the tour with the free fare, but the third person has to stay in the same room as the initially booked 2 travelers, and there will be a minimal $30.00 fee charged to change the reservaiton from 2 travelers to 3 travelers.
