Q: 6-Day US East Coast Tour Package (Standard Quality) **Thu & Sun Departure**(with airport transfer) - Tour Code - 82-5327 Dear Mr. Alberto, Thanx for Ur reply to my previous question. On the First day, you would put us in Hotel Sheraton / Radisson EWR, Newark. I would be having the Eveninf from 3-4 Pm onwards free. How do you suggest if we wish to travel to Ellis Island and see Liberty - How to proceed from the hotel in Newwak to new york city and Liberty Island. In case you have some trip, please feel free. We do not wish to waste the whole of Evening and early night sleeping in the Hotel. In case there are options, please give your advice so that we may be prepared. Regards Dr. Mittal

You will need to arrange for your own transportation to Ellis Island, New York City, and Liberty Island by taxi. Currently we do not have a tour that can provide these sights for afternoon arrivals.

Q: Hi, we are a group of 13 people. We will book this tour on 06/19/2012. We will arrive DCA Airport at 10:00AM 06/18 and plan to go sightseeing in Washington DC on that day. But I see in the note you say that if we arrive Washington 1 day before the departure day of the tour, we have to stay at Marriot Hotel, which is 27 miles away from DCA Airport and Washington DC. Center. It's quite far from the Lincoln Park and some other beautiful view. I want to ask you if you can pick up us at any different place other than Marriot hotel on June 19 morning? We can only offer tour pick up from: 07:00AMMarriott Gaithersburg Washingtonian Center, 9751 Washingtonian Blvd., Gaithersburg, MD 20878 (6.5 kilometers far from Gaithersburg downtown and 39 kilometres far from Washington D.C.)
We are not able to offer pick up at any other location.

Why I ask is that when I come to JFK on 13th May, I would like to spend some time visiting New York City and see Ellis Island. The first night's hotel is usually booked at a Sheraton/Radisson or similar located near the EWR Newark Liberty Airport in New Jersey.There are no activities planned for the first day but you may refer to the following link for available options.Please be advised that these are not part of the package therefore would be at an additional cost. Also please make sure to take note of the times.

This is a Bus tour , you will be moving along with your tour guide and the other travelers on this tour, free time to move around by yourself will be discussed and arranged upon your tour guide's discretion.
After your pick up from the Sheraton Hotel in Flushing there will normally not be a change of transportation vehicles .
