If you should change the tour date, after submitting your reservation online, you will be subject to a $30 Amendment fee for this change, subject to Reservations Department approval for your request.

My mother enjoyed her honeymoon at the Falls in 1957. I am interested in taking her on a tour for her anniversary, but I'm unsure how much walking and stair climbing she can handle. She uses a walker or a cane and has limited endurance.
How much walking is required on the tour?
There is some walking for this tour, but it really depends on how much you wish to do, as the tour allows customers to enjoy the sights at their own preference. You are welcome to bring a foldable wheelchair and walker, so that your mother can enjoy the sights comfortably, without having to worry about the walking distance.

As you state, some tours may require a minimum number of people to operate. How rare it is or how often does it has occur that you have had to cancel the tour/dates I am selecting? Which are the similar tour products you can offer as substitute? I need to know as the tour/cities/places I (we) want to visit are NY & Canada, specially the falls! I have planned my travel so that I can start the tour with you on the day its available . To be more specific I am landing in NewYork on 21st so that 22nd June I can start this tour with you. I also understand that once I book within a day or 2 you will send the confirmation. I also see that tour dates are subjected to change and only after receiving the confirmation I can be 100% sure whether the tour is operating or not. So in case the 22nd June tour is not operating then I have no option except to cancel as My stay in US is for a fixed number of days with back to back schedule. So in this case of tour not operating on the day thats listed in your drop down (22nd June 2012)for some reason; also you will charge me a cancellation fee ?

My family is of 3 members (Me, My Wife and 6 Year Old Child) and I see Buy 2 Get 1 free. So how does this work ? when I choose 1 Adult and 1 Child will I get 3rd person free or when I choose 2 Adult , I get the child free ?
And also to get the 3rd Person free, should I choose all 3 people in the drop down while booking(For example state 2 Adult and 1 Children and system calculates that 1 goes free automatically) or I state 2 in the drop down while booking and in the booking confirmation you state that 3rd person can travel free. Hi! I would like to ask if I book a flight that depart at 851pm. Is it very risky and high chance that I won't be able to catch the domestic flight. As the time stated in this tour is 930pm. Thank you.
We must insist on you booking your flight to depart from Los Angeles after 9:30am. If you book your flight to depart before then, you will have to take your own risk in missing your flight departure. Most domestic flights now require you to arrive 1.5-2 hours prior to flight time, in order to get through check-in, baggage check, and security check points.
