We usually suggest hotel accommodation near the airport you are arriving; however, since you would like a hotel near the city, please review the following link:

This is offered as a complete tour package. We cannot discount the tour if you opt out of the hotel stay.
At this time, we do not currently offer shuttle service from New York to Niagara Falls.
The hotel will be confirmed for the tour once your reservation is confirmed. However, the hotel most often used for this tour is the Holiday Inn.
