The number of passengers per tour can vary depending on the vehicle size used for each tour. The capacity of most tours (2 or more days) for a standard commercial coach is between 50 to 60 people. An average group is usually comprised of about 40 people. Again the size of the tour group varies depending on the popularity of a specific tour and the time of the year when the tour is scheduled to depart.

Hi there, here's a few questions:
1. Are there still vacancies for tour 46-339 for 26-30 May 2012?
2. Are you guys able to help book a night at Marriott Gaithersburg Washingtonian Center on 25 May? I clicked "Add a Hotel Extension" but I can't seem to find the hotel listed.
Thank you.
For tour #46-147, what stops will we actually get out and look around? And what sites are just seen as we drive by? Also, since most hotels do not serve breakfast, what is your suggestion for eating breakfast?
It depends on the tour guide's arrangement that day. Some of the hotels might offer meals with some fees. Please refer to the front desk when checking in.

If I want to transfer between two tours - say I take a 9-Day East Coast tour, and then the 3-day Grand Canyon tour, would I have to arrange flights in between? What about hotel reservations? Will I have to book a hotel reservation separately for the period in between the two tours?
You need to book the flights on your own which match the schedule of the two tours. We can help you book a hotel extesnion if you arrive early before tour starts or stay longer after tour ends. Please leave a comment to us with your request of hotel extension when you are making the reservation online.
