Q: We (1 Adult & 2 children)are planning to join the 7-Day US East Coast Multi-City & Famous University Tour USNY82-5065. We have already confirmed our flights and our tickets are not changeable. We will arriving New York on July 10 (Tue) and departing on July 17 (Tue). But I only realise the above tour only run on every Wed & Sat now. I would like to take my two children to take a look at the Famous Universities thus we chose this tour. 1. Is there any similar tour that takes us to see Famous Universities? 2. We are flying in and out Newark Airport. Is there any tour will pick us on July 10 (Tue)? 3. We are one adult and two children. How do the Buy 2 get 1 free price work? 4. There is no pick up on July 10th if you book tour 82-5065. Pick up service is only available on the first day of the tour during the scheduled time.3. Q: We will be arriving to New York on Friday sept 28th at 6:00am and the check in in our hotel is at 4:00 pm we are very interested in take this tour as soon as we arrive to NY but the problem is our lugagge, I saw on the tour details that only a 12x12x12 back is allowed. Q: We are a group of 4, and we will be joining the tour coming from New Jersey. We understand that there won't be any activities on the first day so we are free to spend the day as we wish but our main concern are the luggages that we would be carrying along. If we opt for a self-transfer to the hotel, what is the earliest possible time we could be checked-in so we could leave our baggages in the hotel? Would we be able to check-in to the hotel earlier if we choose to meet the tour guide at 9am in one of the designated pick-up points? View answers (1) A: |

Hotel check in does not begin until 3pm.
In addition, the first nights' hotel for the tour is in New Jersey for this tour.
If you choose to meet the guide at one of the pickup locations, such as the airport, earlier in the day, you can leave the luggage with your tour guide.
However, you will not be able to check into the hotel any earlier than 3pm on the first day of the tour.
