Q: This may be a duplicated submission of questions. I just typed several questions and I am not sure if it was submitted. Q1. In regard to the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free," I have two friends, including myself who plan to take your tour, do we have to sleep in the same room to get that special deal? Q2. One of my friends snores, can she request a single room? If so, what would be the fee? Q3. I would like to use my credit card to pay for my friends and I. However, I will be boarding the bus from Chinatown, NY and my friends in N.J. Would there be a problem?? Especially since I will be receiving the email confirmation..

Yes, the buy 2, get 1 free promotion is based on a shared room basis.
If 3 people share one room on tour, the 3rd person will be free for the tour.
If your friend needs their own room on tour, the increased cost is $167.00 for a single room.
Your friends will need a copy of the eticket to board the bus.
In addition, you will need to leave a note in the comment section that you will board the bus in separate locations.

Q: We are experiencing problem in making payment for our reservation. We tried three times to make payment for 11 people as group for 3-Day Bus tour to Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City and 1000 Island from Toronto **Summer Tour** starting 30/6/2012. we tried to make payment through credit card for three times but all three times received the mail of CC auth declined by system. However, please send an email to [email protected] and we will provide you with a booking form and credit card verification form to submit and we will happily assist you with your reservation.
Alternatively, we suggest you book using the PayPal payment method, as it is our fastest and most secure form of payment.

Please review the closest drop off location for this tour to your hotel address:
Chinatown Senior Citizen Center, 600 N Broadway, Los Angeles, CA 90012
You will need to arrange your own transportation from the Chinatown drop off back to the Adventure hotel on Century Blvd.

When you make your reservation online, the system will pre-authorize your card for the full amount.
Once your tour is confirmed for departure, the system will charge capture the pre-authorized amount.
No, this tour does not offer a 1/2 day complimentary tour for customers arriving before 830am.
However, for customers arriving prior to 330pm, you have the option to join the New York Night tour.
If you book this tour in the next 24-48 hours for your tour departure in September, it will be confirmed for departure immediately.
