Q: Hi, I was wondering if we don't want to go to some of the attractions as listed in the tour intinerary (e.g. not go on the NYC liberty cruise), could we explore other places ourselves while the tour for that specific attraction takes place and we will meet up at a specified location with the tour guide later in the day? would there be further charges if we do that?

Unfortunately, that will not be possible.
If you opt out of an optional excursion, such as the Liberty Cruise, you can have free time in that direct area around that excursion, as you will need to meet back at the tour bus by the time given by your tour guide.

Once your tour is confirmed, any changes will result in a $30.00 amendment fee.
In addition ,it will be based on availability, as the US side only trip may not have available seats.
