Dear Sir/Madam, I wish to take 3 day niagara falls(night view),watkins glen,dc ,philly tour (tour code 81-216) on 28th September .We have last flight to London from JFK airport on 30th night at 23.10 can we make it to the airport on a cab after finishing this tour ? If not we wish to take a night flight from philadelphia or Washington DC and change our flight itinerary,can you give me a best idea. Regards Ananda Mavoori

You will get back to New york on Sep 30th around 7;00pm-8:30pm.

There might be a 30-45min delay due to traffic or weather condition.

Yes, you can take a cab to get to the airport after the tour.

With regards to the 2nd day Sf tour included, what time will we be able to stop at Fisherman's Wharf? We might be meeting some family up in SF and would be ditching the Stanford U tour.

Tour itinerary is subject to change;however, tour usually gets to Fisherman Wharf around 11am in the morning.

There might be a 30-40 min delay depending on traffic or weather condition.

It is not advisable for you to leave the tour.

If you really want you leave the tour then we suggested you leave the tour in Fisherman Wharf and self-transfer back to the hotel

Unfortunately, this tour does not includes meals.

You would have to pay for meals separately.

Tour bus would stop for every 2-3hours for meals and restroom purposes.

Package includes:
·         Free Vancouver airport transfer (8:00am-10:00pm)(Seattle pick-up or drop-off with addtional fee)
·         3-night hotel accommodations
·         Admission fee: Butchart Gardens or Peak2Peak
·         HST taxes
·         Professional tour escort
Package excludes:
·         Airfares or related transportation between your home and Vancouver/Seattle airport
·         All personal expenses including hotel room service, airport and hotel porterage
·         Optional tours
·         Meal plan package (3B 2L 3D): Value: $99/p; Deluxe: $153/p (The price is subject to change, please pay the tour guide on the arrival day of your tour if you would like this option.)
·         $50 p.p. damage deposit will be collected by tour guide for free snowshoes rental, will refund when snowshoes are returned in same condition.
·         Service fees for tour guide and driver (min. total $22.00/person)

You need to book 2 rooms for your party of 6.
