We are an online travel agency. We work with different local tour operators. We have direct access to most local tour operators for booking tours without charging the 3% transaction fee. To the few local tour operators which we do not have direct access to, we will need to go to their websites to make the booking, therefore, you see the 3% transaction fee being added to the total cost.
