Q: Hi, I am planning to visit with my friend the West Coast and we really like the package 2-131. I have only one question about excluded fees: I ve found some Service Fees for tour guide/bus driver (min. $6.00/day per person)...What does it mean???Should I add another 2x60.00$ to the price of the whole trip???

Service fees for the tour guide are $6.00 per person, per day.
Yes, each person will pay $60.00 total in service fees for their tour guide over the 10 days of the tour.

However, hotel check-in does not begin until 3pm.

We cannot process a reservation until we have received full payment.
You need to receive a confirmation e-mail and an e-ticket to know you have a fully booked tour.
You can let us know you are staying in New York after the tour using the comment section before submitting your reservation, or sending an e-mail to [email protected] referencing your reservation number.
The meeting point at JFK, if you are coming by flight, would be outside of your baggage claim area.
If you would just like to meet at JFK, we will designate an appropriate location after your reservation has been confirmed.

Yes, you can add one person to your reservation, as long as there are seats on tour.
