Hi Mar:

It will be okay if your departure flight is at 1:40pm from BOS airport. We recommend customers to reserve enough time(more than 2 hours) for the security inspection at the airport and check in.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
Modifications of Tour: In your terms and conditions you write, that "prices may vary due to availability. We reserve the right to make price adjustment without prior notice" and "local tour provider reserves the right to make modifications to tour arrangements including order of tour activities, hotel and its location if deemed necessary". If such changes apply after I did the purchase, will I still have the right to retract from the purchase without cancellation fees (my planned itinary would start within the next 2 weeks) or am I obliged to either accept those changes or pay the cancellation fees (50%). Respectively how is the probability that the price might rise and that the guaranteed stay in the Canyon Lodge/hotels inside Yellowstone will be modified, if I purchase the tour today/tomorrow? Kind regards Janine

Hi Janine:

Once your tour is confirmed and ticket issued, there are no changes to the reservation cost.

The local tour provider will only make changes to the tour itinerary arrangement or location of hotels for emergency situations while on tour.

The changes would only be slight, such as switching days of the tour itinerary with one another in order to accommodate any emergency situations, such as weather, traffic delays, or road blocks.

However, changes are only made on an emergency basis once your tour is confirmed for departure.

Thank you for your inquiry.
