You can either book the hotel separately, or you can place both the tour and the hotel reservation in the "cart."
This will allow you to purchase both at the same time.
Alternatively, you can leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you need a hotel extension and we can offer you one by email at the time we receive your order.
You can stay at the same hotel as the first night of the tour or a hotel that is near your arrival airport that offers free shuttle service to and from that airport.

For your family of 5, you will need 2 rooms while on tour, as the maximum in any room used on tour is 4 people, regardless of age.
Your 12 year old will count as an adult for the pricing of this tour.
Please make your reservation for a total of 3 adults and 2 children in 2 rooms.
Your tour guide arranges the rooms upon arrival to the hotels. Your tour guide can assist you in making sure your rooms are next to one another.

Yes, you can add a person to your reservation for the additional amount due for the double occupancy cost of the tour.
We request at least one week in advance for changes to your reservation and will depend on seat availability for the tour.
