May I check whether there is an option to have lobster dinner for this tour? I read from the reviews that this tour offers Chinese dinner as an option.
The tour does not include any meals, the tour guide will help to arrange the meal stops at some buffet area or restaurants. Usually, there will be no option for lobster dinner. Sometimes, it will be arranged at the place where offers Asian food, because there will be a lot of customers from Asian countries. If you do not like to have Asian food, please ask the tour guide for help to arrange at some place offers other options.
HI i have a few questions and concerns:
1. If i make the reservation for 4 people, there's not extra fee right?,
2. If one or two people (of the 4 of us), can not join the tour after the resevation and confirmation, would be an extra charge for that?, will i have to pay the tip for the guide , for each person i make the inicial reservation?
3. Can i pay just 6 dollars per person for the tip, is it really my choise or i would have to pay more than $6?
4. I'm really interested on visiting the univesities at boston(harvard, MIT) , i want to know how long this part of the tour take, because i'm guessing is really really short (book your flight 1pm),
5. can we apart of the tour group when we visit the universities?
6. How many bags/ suitcases per person?
7. I'm reading in some comments, that some groups didn't get to visit a lot of place,because a varity of problems merged, is that kind of mishaps, are assumed and compensated by travel agency?
1) The total cost for 2 customers sharing one double room and 4 customers sharing one room will be the same: $736.00, because of the promotion of buy 2 get 2 free.
2) If you can notify us about the cancellation of the 3rd or 4th customer at least 10 days prior to the departure date, there will be only an amendment fee of $30.00 for cancelling out the 3rd or 4th customer. If the cancellation be made within 10 days prior to the departure date or no show on the departure date, there will be a penalty of $298.00 per person. That will be paid in cash by the other participating travelers of the reservations.
3) If you mean the service fee to the tour guide, it will be $6.00 in total per person per day.
4) The tour guide will handle with the time arrangement for each attraction, usually there will be around 20-30min to visit each location. The tour group will leave Boston at noon, because the group will go back to New York.
5) If you would like to end the tour when visiting the universities, please leave us a message in comment section when booking and let us know you would like to end the tour earlier and arrange your own transportation to the airport.
6) We recommend one check-in suitcase and one carry-on bag for each passenger.
7) The tour guide and the driver will try their best to offer better service to the customers and make our customers feel happy on the tour. However, they could not control everything happened during the tour and it is really difficult to satisfy everybody. We will try our best to offer a better service to our customers, so if there is any problems happened on the tour, please call or email to let us know as soon as you can, so we can try our best to solve it.

1. Are we entitled for the airport pickup upon arrival in San Francisco?
2. Where will be the meeting point on 10 Oct in San Francisco if we arrive before the start of the tour?

1) We only offer complimentary airport transfer on the departure date:
* Domestic US arrival transfers between 8:30am-10:30pm. * International arrival transfers between 8:30am - 9:30pm.
2) Please meet us at the airport for a transfer to the first night hotel, or, you can self transfer to the first night hotel, but it might not be convenient for you.
3) Do you mean for the pre hotel extension? If so, we recommend you to book a hotel near the airport, maybe it will be more convenient. Usually the first night hotel will be far from the downtown area and there will be no early airport pick up for customers who arrival prior to the departure date.

if we were to book for a November 2012 departure, how long before the commecment date would we be informed that the tour will not proceed due to whatever the reason, so we can plan for alternative tours as well as booking for the transportation back to New York?
It usually takes us one to two business days to confirm a tour after receiving the reservation and full payment. As long as the tour being confirmed, it will not be cancelled unless there are some unforeseeable factors, such as weather and earthquake.
