Yes, if you plan to opt out of some portion of the tour, please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation so we may notify your tour guide.
In addition, you would need to meet on the morning of day 2 in the hotel lobby, as the departure will be directly from the hotel location.
Thank you for your inquiry.

I plan to take the East Coast tour. I read some of the tour details, but I did not see the information about Food and Drinks. Please advise how you arrange this matter!
Buy 2 get 2 free, I know the free persons will pay the admission and other fee, can we register the free person name later then the time booking the tour?
Thanks
Hi Phong Nguyen: Meal stops are arranged by your tour guide, while on tour, at various restaurants, buffet areas, food courts, and fast food restaurants.
The average cost of meals is $15-20 per person, per meal, depending on what the person orders at each meal stop.
When you make your reservation, you will need to book for all 4 passengers at the time of booking.
If you do not have the names of the passengers at the time of booking, please note down "TBA."
We will then book the tour and wait for the names once you have them.
Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi! I would like to change the name of the third person I'll be travelling with. How can I make those changes? Does the amendment fee apply in changing names? The travel dates will be on Sept 15-17, 2012.
And are you gonna give us a timelined itinerary for the whole trip? Thank you!
All changes or amendments to your reservation must be made in writing and sent to [email protected].
All changes, including name changes, are subject to the $30.00 amendment fee once your reservation has been confirmed.
We do not currently offer timed itineraries for this tour, as each departure slighly changes.
For basic timing information, please also email your inquiry to [email protected] and we will further confirm information on your confirmed reservation.
Thank you for your inquiry.

For the Hearst Castle, there's a 'Grand Rooms' tour, an 'Upstairs Suites' and a 'Cottages and Kitchen' tour - what does your tour include?? Also, for Yosemite, what kind of tour do you get once you arrive, or do you just get dropped off with free time to explore yourself? Thanks
However, this is subject to final confirmation from your tour guide, as the guide can change the tour based on availability upon arrival to the Castle.
Your tour guide will be with you for the duration of the Castle tour and will walk through the areas with the group.
Thank you for your inquiry.
