Hi Rad:

As you can see that this tour doesn't provide any meals, you have your own option to choose what you would like to take. You may ask the restaurants arranged by the tour guide for vegetarian options, however, vegetarian options may not be available. You are allowed to bring snacks with you on the tour, so long as the snacks to not create a mess on the bus.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Hi Eryne Song:

As you can count on our website, the payment for 4 people for this tour is $292.00. Since your friends have paid $216.00 for this tour, so you need to pay $76.00 for the price difference. At the same time, according to our amendment policy https://www.tours4fun.com/cancellation-and-refund-policy.php, there will be $30.00 charged as the amendment fee for this reservation. So the total amount for you to pay is $106.00.

Please send your full name and the reservation number to us so that we can help you to join this tour. However, we can't guaranteed that the seats are still available at this moment, so please send us the information at your earliest convenience.

Thank you for your inquiry.

Q:
I am a non-US resident but have relatives in New York, Washington, and Boston who would want to see me when I go on the bus tour. They plan to join me for dinner at night and would like to check into the hotel where I will be staying. Can I get a list of hotels where we will definitely stay about 1 month before the start of the tour so my relatives have enough time to make plans? I am planning on 6 day East Coast tour for early November, 2012 at $368 per person.

Hi Nelson Chen:

Each person on tour is allowed one carry on and one stored luggage during the tour.

Any additional luggage will result in an additional $25.00 fee, per luggage.

Please leave a note in the comment section of your online reservation that you will bring extra luggage, so we can confirm this arrangement with your tour guide.

Thank you for your inquiry.
