Q: Hi we want to do the air tour of lake Powell, rainbow bridge and monument valley in August 2013. Could you please let us know the times of departure, I've read there are 2 per day? Many thanks

We offer multiple flight times per day; however, it depends on the amount of bookings we have per day.
We offer morning or afternoon departures, depending on the availability of flights.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact timings for August, as we have not updated the flight schedule that far in advance.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you in your travel plans.
Please contact us at the end off 2012, or beginning of 2013 for updates on available flight timings for this tour.

What makes me hesitant,though,is your mentioning that hotel is not guaranteed in Las Vegas on Saturday nights.......Could something be done about this????In addition,from your experience,how long before the deperture date should i make the reservation???Thanks. If I have understood well, whenever there is no hotel availability within the main strip of Las vegas,you book rooms somewhere on the outskirts.......Is there always a hotel room guaranteed for us,though??? 2)In that case, will u offer transport from the hotel to the main strip of Las vegas and vice versa????If so,about what time will you transport us back to the hotel and what will be the approximate distance from the hotel to the main strip???Thanks a lot!A: |

We attempt to make bookings for the tour in Las Vegas every day the tour departs.
However, there are some Saturdays that are completely blocked out in Vegas due to conferences or large shows.
For these dates, we will have to book the tour outside of the main strip of Las Vegas.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do when booking the tour, as it will depend on hotel availability for your tour dates.
Since you plan to stay close to New Year's, it is more likely that the hotels will not be available on the strip.
We suggest making your reservation at least one month in advance to ensure seating.

No, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer drop off in New Haven at the end of this tour, as the tour routing is subject to reconfirmation based on weather and traffic conditions on the last day of the tour.
If you need to reach New Haven, we suggest ending your tour in Boston, as you can then arrange your own transportation to New Haven after the tour.
